TOHNICHI CDB-S Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
Features
▶ Interchangeable head type dial indicating torque wrench.
▶ Easily exchange different head types for various applications such as ring head, open end head, and ratchet. (See full selection of available heads in accessories section below)
▶ Lightweight, easy-to read large scale features follower hand memory pointer that captures peak torque
▶ Since the amount of deformation is small, the operator’s fatigue is reduced compared to the flat beam type torque wrench.
▶ The dial is movable making it easy to adjust the zero point, or use for tightening by moving dial to desired torque and tightening to “0”
▶ The dial indicator has a full-surround protective cover to prevent damage to external objects (except CDB300N, 420N).
▶ Models CDB25N~200N feature a resin grip
▶ Low range models have handle designed to guide operator to use index finger to apply lighter force to avoid possible over torque
▶ Applicable for international use including the EU region.
▶ Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type I Class B.
TOHNICHI DB-DBE-DBR Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
Features
▶ Wide range and high accuracy dial indicating torque wrench. Ideal for torque quality inspections
▶ Easy to ready dial face has follower hand memory pointer that stays on peak torque for convenient reference
▶ Use for tightening purposes by simply rotating the dial to the desired torque. Completed tightening is achieved when the pointer indicates “0”.
▶ DB is not length dependent. Therefore, accuracy is consistent regardless of where the hand is placed during operation.
▶ The dial indicator has a full-surround protective cover to prevent damage to external objects (except DB420N, DBE, and DBR series models).
▶ DB25N to DB280N models have a resin grip. Lowest torque range models have index finger handles designed to guide you to use light hand force to avoid possible over-torque.
▶ DBE has an extension handle.
▶For DBR models, applies load by lever block or winch.
▶ Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type I Class B.
TOHNICHI QL-QLE Adjustable Torque Wrench
Features
▶ Adjustable type torque wrenches ideal for variety of tightening torque applications
▶ Easily change torque setting by using adjusting knob and scale
▶ A clear “click” is sensed and heard to signal tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.
▶ The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15 degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions.
▶ Larger models QLE550N2 to QLE2800N2 models, with extension handle, feature a “never-lost” built-in torque adjustment handle making torque changes easy
▶ Smaller range QL2N to QL25N5 models have a yellow and black grip with a large, clear hi contrast built-in scale with pull and twist set knob.
▶▶ Optional color bands can be added to indicate tool used for specific job or setting
▶ QL50N to QL280N models have a black resin grip featuring wing nut locker and adjusting knob
▶ QL420N has a knurled metal handle as standard.
▶▶ See QL-MH models for other ranges with metal handles, ideal for securing grip in more oily environments
▶ Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class A.
TOHNICHI T-S Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
Features
▶ T-Handle Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
▶ Dual grip dial indicator torque wrench used to transfer stable torque to bolts, for both tightening and measuring.
▶ Lightweight, easy-to-read dial, suitable for inspection.
▶ Graduated scale with a precise pointer provides accurate torque value readings.
▶ Since the amount of deformation is small, the operator’s fatigue is reduced compared to the flat beam type torque wrench.
▶ T-S models are equipped with a convenient memory pointer (standard) to capture peak torque reading.
▶ Since load is applied with both hands or two person, the applied force is off set, allowing for easy and precise measuring or tightening.
▶ Since the dial is movable, the pointer can be set to the desired torque first and complete tightening as the pointer indicates “0”.
▶ Applicable for international use including the EU region.
▶ Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type I Class A.
